Have you ever wondered what you can do with old jeans, pillowcases, sheets, old t-shirts instead of taking them to the op-shop, or shipping them off to landfill?

Here's one idea - make a rug with them.

Using skills honed since 2015, Bronwen presents an easy to follow, relaxed workshop where you'll learn to weave your unwanted fabrics into pure joy!

In this rag rug workshop you'll put your old fabric scraps to use - recycling and upcycling!

You can use any materials : old jeans, cotton, linen, polyester, sheets and pillowcases.

What does the 3 hour workshop cover?

  • *starting to weave
  • *cutting fabric to a weavable size
  • *joining new pieces of fabric, and
  • *expanding the rug to your desired size.

What supplies are included in the price?

  • Clipboard
  • Size 3.5 crochet needle

What do I need to bring?

Bring fabric scraps if you have them, some will be supplied.
